What is synced and how deletion works
Invited testers can see their latest meeting transcripts synced from the desktop app, then open a meeting to read its text. Meeting audio, voice samples, voiceprints, job descriptions and resumes are not uploaded to this history.
In the invited pilot app, new meeting text syncs by default while you are signed in. Turn off cloud sync in the app to stop new uploads. Existing cloud records remain here until you delete them. Deleting cloud history removes it from your active account history; deleted text may remain recoverable through the transcript database's Cloudflare D1 Time Travel recovery history for up to 30 days on its paid plan. That window applies only to this database recovery history, not to every backup, export, or log.
Download saves a plain-text copy of a meeting to this device. It is created in your browser from the transcript shown here; deleting cloud history does not remove copies you have downloaded.

Notes subscription terms
- Notes costs USD $15 per month and includes 100 meeting minutes each month. Unused minutes do not carry over.
- It renews automatically every month, and you are charged each month until you cancel.
- The final amount appears in Stripe Checkout before you pay.
- Cancel any time with Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No prorated refunds, except where required by applicable law or for a billing error.

Plan, add-on and refund terms
- Career costs USD $39 per month and includes, each month, 100 meeting minutes, 2 candidate interviews up to 45 minutes each and 3 practice interviews up to 20 minutes each.
- Interviewer costs USD $59 per month and includes, each month, 100 meeting minutes and 8 recruiter interviews up to 45 minutes each.
- Both are individual self-subscriptions. They renew automatically every month, and you are charged each month until you cancel with Manage billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused minutes and interviews do not carry over.
By subscribing to Career or Interviewer you agree to the Terms of Service.
- Add-ons are one-time purchases for an active paid plan: USD $9 for 60 meeting minutes, USD $8 for 2 practice interviews up to 20 minutes each, or USD $9 for 60 interview minutes.
- An add-on allowance expires at the end of your current subscription billing period and never carries over, whether or not you use it.
